Mahi Style Store ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website mahistylestore.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. These are provided to ensure transparency, clarity, and mutual expectations for our shipping and delivery process.

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock listings, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will:
- Ship available items immediately
- Contact you regarding the backordered items to offer a refund or arrange shipment once back in stock
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. All shipping fees are included in your final payment summary. We do not add any hidden charges after checkout.
3. Dispatch Time
We process and dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days of receiving payment.
Our dispatch schedule is:
Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
4. Change of Delivery Address
If you wish to update your delivery address, please contact us before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we may be unable to reroute the package.
5. P.O. Box Shipping
We deliver to P.O. Box addresses using India Post or equivalent postal services. Courier services are not available for P.O. Box deliveries.
6. Military Address Shipping
At this time, we do not support shipping to military addresses.
7. Items Out of Stock
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will:
- Reserve the in-stock items
- Contact you to decide whether to wait for restock or receive a refund for the out-of-stock item
8. Delivery Time Exceeded
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our customer service team so we can investigate with the courier.
9. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link so you can monitor your package in real time.
10. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Reject it at the time of delivery (if possible)
- Contact us immediately with photos and details at maheswarikrishnan95@gmail.com
- If delivered while you're away, please reach out as soon as the damage is discovered.
11. Duties & Taxes
11.1 Sales Tax
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable sales tax within India.
11.2 Import Duties & International Taxes
For international shipments (if applicable), customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. If a customer refuses to pay these charges, the order may be returned to us at the customer’s expense. A refund will be issued minus return shipping charges and initial shipping fees.

13. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the declared value provided by the shipping carrier.
13.1 Damaged Packages
We will offer a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
13.2 Lost Packages
We will issue a refund or replacement if the package is officially declared lost by the courier.
